l  Design Revisions: During the draft phase, you can request unlimited minor adjustments, including text changes, color tweaks, and layout modifications. We are happy to work with you until you are satisfied.

l  Finalized Orders: Once the design is approved and production has started, refunds are generally not available. Each card is carefully crafted specifically for your order.

l  Production Errors: If a mistake occurs during printing or finishing, we will verify the issue and offer a reprint or correction free of charge.

l  Communication & Support: Our team works closely with clients to resolve any issues promptly, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.

l  Request Timeline: Refund or revision requests must be submitted promptly. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and clarity.
